Are GirliePop earrings delicate?
They’re lightweight and durable, but not indestructible. Avoid bending, squishing, or dropping them to keep them looking their best.
Can I wear them in water?
Minor splashes are usually fine, but remove your earrings before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping to protect the clay, findings, and adhesives.
How should I clean and store them?
Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid harsh cleaners, acetone, alcohol, and prolonged heat.
What if something breaks?
Stop wearing it and reach out. Many minor issues may be repairable, and I’m happy to take a look.

How do I request treats?
Submit the GirliePop order request form with what you’d like, the quantity, and your preferred date. I’ll follow up to confirm availability and details.
Is the Sweet Appreciation Box a preorder?
No. It’s now a regular request-based offering, so you can submit a request when you need one rather than waiting for a preorder window.
What is small-batch vanilla extract?
GirliePop vanilla is made in small batches using real vanilla beans for a rich, classic vanilla flavor.
Can treat colors or finishes be customized?
Often, yes. Include your color palette, theme, or event details in the request form and I’ll let you know what’s possible for your order.
